Charity Poker Tournament benefiting Israel and United Hatzalah. We had 54 buy-ins, 25 rebuys, and 79 raffle tickets purchased all for a total of just over $6,000 raised (including about $450 in straight donations made from people who couldn't be there or just wanted to support but don't play poker!) The best part is that our efforts were in conjunction with all of the HOD lodges in North America and together we raised over $100k which was matched by a very generous donor out of Dallas. United Hatzalah is an all volunteer based organization that provides free emergency medical services all throughout Israel. The work they have been doing since Oct 7th in particular has been hugely instrumental for the people of Israel.
We also want to express a huge thank you to everyone who donated raffle prizes and the winner's prizes for the tournament. The names of all that donated towards the cause are:
